The central laboratory and corporate headquarters are located in Valdosta, GA, the near geographic center of our service region. To meet critical care needs, STAT testing is performed in several satellite labs across the region.

For the convenience of patients and their doctors, DLI files primary and secondary insurances and we accept credit card payments from patients and clients. How will specimens collected at my office be handled by DLI?

Your sales or service representative will arrange for a courier to pick-up specimens collected in your office. The courier schedule will be optimized to meet your needs and the needs of your patients. Couriers use specially designed systems to preserve and protect blood and body fluid specimens during transport from your office to our lab.

Does DLI provide specimen collection supplies to collect, process, preserve and transport specimens to the lab?

Yes, all materials necessary for the collection, processing, preservation and transport of specimens are provided. A centrifuge is provided for safe processing of serum or plasma specimens. Couriers use transport systems that will preserve specimens at optimal temperatures during transport to the lab (ambient, refrigerated, and frozen).

I use custom lab profiles for my convenience. How are custom profiles handled at DLI?

A sales or service professional will meet with you to thoroughly understand your needs. They will build custom profiles to your specifications and will display them on your custom printed requisition forms.
